(1) The Secretariat of the Committee shall be at the place designated by the Supreme Court. The Secretariat will act as a point of contact for Juvenile Court, Juvenile Correctional Home, District Wall Justice Committee.
(2) In order to conduct the work of the committee in a smooth manner, the Supreme Court may appoint a gazetted officer of the Nepal Justice Service, Justice Group to do the work of the secretariat of the committee. The Supreme Court will provide other staff required for the secretariat.
(3) The employee designated according to sub-rule (2) will perform work related to juvenile justice administration and his other work, duties and rights will be assigned by the chairman of the committee.
